TERMS & CONDITIONS 


1. Service Scope

    •    We provide washing, drying, steam ironing, dry cleaning, and related laundry services.

    •    Services may vary by location and availability. Not all services are offered at all outlets.


2. Garment Responsibility

    •    Customers must check pockets before handing over clothes.

    •    We are not responsible for damage to garments caused by:

    •    Items left in pockets (coins, pens, paper, etc.)

    •    Pre-existing tears, weak fabric, color bleeding, shrinkage, or embellishments 

    •    Clothes without proper care labels are washed at customer’s risk.


3. Color Bleeding & Fabric Damage

    •    Despite best practices, color bleeding and fabric wear can occur due to the nature of certain fabrics.

    •    We do not guarantee color fastness, fabric life, or stain removal results.


4. Stain Removal

    •    Stain removal is done on a best-effort basis only.

    •    Old, set, oil-based, dye-based, or chemical stains may not be fully removed.

    •    No refunds or rewash claims for stains that do not come off.


5. Weight & Count Policy

    •    Washing is charged by weight (kg).

    •    Ironing is charged by piece, unless part of a membership or package.

    •    The company’s weighing scale and count will be considered final.


6. Delivery Timelines

    •    Delivery timelines are estimated, not guaranteed.

    •    Delays due to power cuts, water issues, machine breakdowns, logistics, or force majeure will not attract compensation.


7. Claims, Loss & Compensation

•    Any complaint regarding loss or damage must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.

    •    Claims will be considered only if the loss or damage is proven to be caused due to the negligence of 99 Mins Wash & Dry.

    •    No claims will be accepted for damage caused by fabric quality, color bleeding, shrinkage, embellishments, or pre-existing conditions.

    •    If negligence is established, compensation will be limited to a maximum of 5 times the service charge of the affected garment, not its market or purchase value.

    •    The company’s assessment of negligence and compensation shall be final and binding.


8. Unclaimed Clothes

    •    Clothes not collected within 30 days of intimation may be donated or disposed of.

    •    We are not responsible for items left unclaimed beyond this period.


9. Memberships & Packages

    •    Memberships and prepaid packages are non-refundable and non-transferable.

    •    Validity periods must be adhered to. Unused services after expiry are forfeited.


10. Hygiene & Safety

    •    We follow standard hygiene protocols; however, we do not guarantee allergen-free or chemical-free processing.

    •    Customers with allergies or sensitivities must inform us in advance.


11. Pricing & Payment

    •    Prices are subject to change without prior notice.

    •    Full payment must be made before delivery unless otherwise agreed.

    •    Any promotional offers are time-bound and cannot be combined.


12. Refusal of Service

    •    We reserve the right to refuse service for heavily contaminated, hazardous, or bio-waste-soiled garments.


13. Legal Jurisdiction

    •    All disputes are subject to Chennai jurisdiction only.


Express Laundry – 99 Mins Wash (Special Conditions)

    •    The 99 Mins Wash – Express Laundry service covers laundry processing only.

    •    Pickup and delivery are not included in the express service unless explicitly mentioned or charged separately.

    •    The 99-mins timeline applies only to the washing and drying process, not to order acceptance, pickup, delivery, or customer delays.

    •    Actual delivery time may vary based on:

    •    Existing order volume

    •    Machine availability

    •    Operational constraints

    •    Garments with heavy stains, pre-treatment requirements, or special washing needs may require additional processing time. Such garments may be excluded from the 99-minute express timeline.

    •    No compensation, refund, or discount will be provided for delays caused by workload, stain treatment, or operational limitations.
